(A) Each recreational vehicle site within the RV park shall have a minimum area of 1,500 square feet and shall be at least 25 feet in width.
(B) Each RV park site shall have a permanent site marker or sign clearly identifying the site number. Each site marker or sign shall be easily visible from the adjacent RV park roadway during both daytime and nighttime.
(C) Each RV park site shall include a RV parking pad consisting of concrete, road base or asphalt of a minimum size of ten feet wide and 42 feet in depth and a 10' x 10' concrete parking pad of each RV site.
(D) RV site parking pads shall be situated on the RV park sites such that all recreational vehicles shall be separated by a minimum of ten feet.
