This chapter shall apply to any recreational vehicle park(s) and to any recreational vehicle located on a lot, tract or parcel with the city limits or within the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) when the lot, tract or parcel in the ETJ is regulated by the city’s ordinances and building codes through a signed water and/or sewer utility contract. RV parks can only be located in R-3 Mobile Home zoned areas.
