§ 53.28 CHARGES AND FEES.

   The city may adopt charges and fees which may include fees for:

   (A)   Reimbursement of costs of setting up, administering and operating the city’s responsibilities under any pretreatment program;

   (B)   Fees for monitoring, inspections and surveillance procedures;

   (C)   Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction;

   (D)   Fees for permit application; and

   (E)   Fees for filing appeals.
