The terms and conditions of a significant user permit may be subject to modification by the city at any time as governing limitations and requirements are changed. The significant user permit can be modified as a result of EPA promulgating a new federal pretreatment standard or a modification to a current pretreatment standard. Any significant user permit modification which results in new conditions or limits in the permit shall include a reasonable time schedule for compliance by the holder of the permit.
