§ 53.19  PROHIBITED WATER DISCHARGES INTO SANITARY SEWERS.
   No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged any storm water, surface water, ground water, roof runoff, subsurface drainage or unpolluted industrial process waters to any sanitary sewer.
