(A) The City Council shall hold one regular meeting each month at such time as is fixed by resolution of the Council.
(B) The Mayor, on his or her own motion or on the application of three Aldermen, may call special meetings of the Council, by notice to each member of the Council, the City Administrator, the City Secretary and the City Attorney, served personally or left at their usual places of abode.
