§ 52.07  WATER LEAKS OR WASTE; REPORT.
   It shall be the duty of all employees of the city, including officers and members of the police force, to report to the Superintendent of the Waterworks, upon blanks furnished for that purpose, any leaks or unnecessary waste of water that may come to their attention.
