§ 52.02  WATER NOT TO BE FURNISHED IN ABSENCE OF SEWER; EXCEPTION.
   No water service shall be furnished by the city to any customer unless he or she shall tie on to the city sewer, if a sewer line is within a reasonable distance. Approval is needed before this can be done.
