§ 35.03  WITNESS FEES.
   (A)   Every member of the Police Department shall appear as a witness whenever necessary in a prosecution for a violation of any local, state or federal law.
   (B)   No such member shall retain any witness fee for service as a witness in any action or suit to which the town is a party.
   (C)   Any fees paid for such services shall be turned over to the town.
