§ 34.02  PROCEEDINGS OF COURT.
   The proceedings of the Municipal Court, shall be conducted in accordance with the State Constitution, the applicable state statutes including A.R.S. §§  22-421 et seq., and rules of the State Supreme Court pertaining to police courts.
