§ 155.015 PLAT REQUIRED.

No person, firm, corporation or other legal entity shall, for the purpose of circumventing this chapter, hereafter sell, offer to sell or divide any lot, piece or parcel of land which constitutes a subdivision or part thereof, as defined herein, without first having recorded a plat in accordance with this chapter.
