Use of the park is restricted to pedestrians, horses, motor vehicles, bicycles, recreational vehicles and other vehicles which are properly registered and insured and are authorized for use on a public highway. Horse-drawn carriages, carts, skateboards and similar devices are prohibited, unless approved by the Town Manager in writing for use in a specific event or attraction.
