§ 153.10  SIGNS; ADVERTISING; DECORATIVE MATERIAL; SOLICITATION PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Advertising matter or programs circulated upon the premises at a permitted event must relate solely to that event and are subject to the prior approval of the Town Manager.
   (B)   All decorative or other materials shall be of a noncombustible type or be suitably treated with a flame retardant approved by the Fire Department.
   (C)   Promotion, publicity or event advertising shall be solely at the permittee’s expense. References in such materials to the town or to the park shall only be for the purpose of identifying the location of the event being promoted. No other use of these references may be made without the prior written approval of the Town Manager.
   (D)   No collections or donations, whether charitable or otherwise, shall be made, solicited, attempted or announced on the premises without the prior approval of the Town Manager. This provision shall not apply to the offer for sale, or sale of merchandise at retail, incidental to a permitted event.
