§ 153.02  DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE.  Any beverage obtained by the alcoholic fermentation, infusion or decoction of barley, malt, hops, or other ingredients not drinkable, or any combination of them, including distilled spirits, includes alcohol, brandy, whiskey, rum, tequila, mescal, gin, absinthe, a compound or mixture of any of them or of any of them with any vegetable or other substance, alcohol bitters, bitters containing alcohol, fruits preserved in ardent spirits, and any alcoholic mixture or preparation, whether patented or otherwise, which may in sufficient quantities produce intoxication.
   MAJOR EVENT.  Any permitted event or activity determined by the Town Manager to create potential risks to persons or property which make insurance reasonably necessary to protect the town against loss.
   NORTH CLIFTON RV PARK or THE RV PARK.  The town facilities located at Frisco Avenue, Clifton, Arizona, developed for recreational vehicle (“RV”) use.
   NORTH CLIFTON RV PARK RECREATIONAL AREA or the RECREATION AREA.  The town facilities located at Frisco Avenue, Clifton, Arizona, immediately adjacent to the RV park and developed for recreation use, including, but not limited to, a baseball field, children’s play apparatus and area and ramada.
   PARK.  The North Clifton RV park and the North Clifton RV Park Recreation Area, collectively.
   PERMITTEE.  Any person, or group of persons, as appropriate, to whom a permit for use of the park facilities has been issued by the town.
   PERSON.  Includes a corporation, firm, partnership, association, organization and any other group acting as a unit, as well as an individual.
   THE TOWN.  The Town of Clifton, Arizona.
   TOWN MANAGER.  The Town of Clifton Town Manager or his or her designee.
