§ 30.005  COMPENSATION.
   The compensation of elective officers of the town shall be fixed from time to time by ordinance or resolution of the Council; provided, that said compensation of any officer may not be increased or decreased except in conformance with the provisions of the Arizona Constitution, Article IV, Part 2, § 17.
