§ 130.22  TRAILER COURTS AND TRAILER COACHES.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person or persons to use for dwelling purposes within the town any house trailer, semitrailer or similar vehicle, except on ground approved by the town for such purposes or upon a duly licensed trailer camp ground as hereinafter provided.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any owner, lessee or proprietor of land situated within the corporate limits to permit or allow the use of said land for the parking of trailers without first securing a license from the Clerk. No license shall be issued except upon the appropriate town officer’s certificate that said premises are provided with proper and adequate facilities for garbage and sewage disposal.
   (C)   Application for license shall be made in writing and accompanied by the certificate provided by the Clerk. The license fee for the operation of any such camp or court shall be $10 per year, payable in advance.
