§ 130.19  TOWN PARKS; HOURS AND PERMITS.
   (A)   For the months of April to September, it shall be unlawful to remain, enter or be in a town park between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time, except as may be approved by permit. For the months of October to May, it shall be unlawful to remain, enter or be in a town park between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. Mountain Standard Time, except as may be approved by permit.
   (B)   The town may issue permits providing for the exclusive use of a park by a group making application for said use, and the Town Manager may issue a permit providing for such use a charge to be determined from time to time by resolution of the Council. As to the persons or group described in the permit only, and no other person, the permit may by its terms extend the time in which it is lawful to remain, enter or be in the park.
   (C)   The Police Department and other town employees and officials are hereby authorized to erect signs giving notice of the above prohibition.
   (D)   Any person found in violation of this section shall be fined an amount not to exceed $500 and may be sentenced to a term of not to exceed 30 days in jail.
