§ 90.075  RECORDS TO BE KEPT.
   (A)   The Animal Control Officer shall keep in a suitable book an account of all monies received, when and from whom received, and the amount paid to the Clerk.  Also included shall be the date of payment, a complete description of all animals impounded showing the time when impounded and by whom redeemed or when sold and to whom sold, and if destroyed, when and by whom.  The book or record shall be the property of the town and be open to the inspection of the public at all reasonable times.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Animal Control Authority to keep, or cause to be kept, accurate and detailed records of all bite cases reported to him or her and his or her investigation of same.
