(A) Fees. Each animal impounded may be reclaimed as provided in this chapter upon payment to the Animal Control Officer of all outstanding applicable fees, said fees to be set by resolution adopted by the Town Council and amended from time to time.
(B) Reoccurrence fine. For each animal impounded within 12 months of a pervious impoundment, the owner shall pay twice the fee set forth in division (A) above before reclaiming the animal.
