§ 90.011  HOUSING.
   (A)   It is unlawful to cause or allow any stable or place where any animal is to be kept to become unclean or unwholesome.
   (B)   The premises upon which the animals are kept shall be sanitary and subject to inspection and regulations by the Animal Control Authority or other public agencies empowered to act.
