§ 90.007 KILLING OF DANGEROUS OR VICIOUS ANIMALS.

(A) The members of the Police Department, the Animal Control Authority authorized to kill any dangerous animal of any kind when it is necessary for the immediate protection of any person or property.

(B) The Animal Control Authority shall destroy a vicious animal upon an order of the Town Magistrate. The Town Magistrate may issue an order after notice to the owner, if any, and a hearing.
