§ 90.005  LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY; WITHIN TOWN LIMITS.
   (A)   It is unlawful to keep or harbor livestock or poultry within the corporate limits of the town, except in a corral or other suitable enclosure.
   (B)   It is unlawful to keep or harbor any horse within the corporate limits of the town, except in a corral in existence prior to the passage of this section.
   (C)   It is unlawful to permit livestock and poultry to run at large within the corporate limits of the town, and such animals running at large in the town shall be impounded as provided in this chapter.
   (D)   It is unlawful to picket or tie any animal in the streets of the town for the purpose of grazing and feeding.
   (E)   It is unlawful for any person to herd or drive livestock or any other animals within the corporate limits of the town.
