(A) A separate, non-lapsing account, the equipment replacement account, shall be maintained by the town for that portion of the user charges collected for equipment replacement. Eight hundred dollars shall be set aside each year for this purpose. Fiscal year-end balances in this account will be carried over to the same account in the subsequent fiscal year.
(B) A separate, non-lapsing account, the “operation and maintenance account”, shall be maintained by the town for the remaining portion of the user charges collected.
