(a) No person shall use any portion of the park for purposes of travel except roadways, walks and trails established for such purposes. No person shall operate any motor vehicle on trails established as bridle trails, foot trails or all-purpose trails except as specified in Section 371.11. No person shall ride on a trail designated as a mountain bike trail within the park between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(b) No person shall operate any type of self-propelled vehicle or any vehicle moved by animal or human power upon any foot trail or bridle trail except as specified in Section 371.11. No person shall operate a bicycle except on roadways, paved all-purpose trails or trails specifically designated for bicycle use except as specified in Section 371.11.
