509.15 DRONES OR UNMANNED AIRCRAFT SYSTEM.
   No person shall operate a drone or UAS in a manner that recklessly endangers persons, wildlife, or property or in a manner that harasses, disturbs, intimidates, annoys or threatens persons or wildlife.
