(a) No person shall fail or refuse to comply with any lawful order given by any police officer, or willfully resist, obstruct or abuse any police officer or any other official in the execution of his office.
(b) No person, without privilege to do so, shall do any act which hampers or impedes any park employee or any other official in the execution of his office.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor unless the offender persists in the failure or refusal to comply with any lawful order after reasonable warning or request to desist then this violation shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A subsequent violation of this offense shall be a misdemeanor of the first degree.
