521.03 WATER POLLUTION.

(a) No person shall pollute a wetland, stream, lake, river, pond, reservoir or any other areas of the Park District, by putting therein a harmful, putrid, or offensive substance.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the first offense and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each subsequent offense.
