(a) No person shall remain, stop or park within the confines of any part of the park, including without limitation roadways and parking areas, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. prevailing local time except in emergency or with prior permit or at the Port of Lakewood and in the immediate vicinity thereof in Scenic Park in the Rocky River Reservation.
(b) No person shall remain, stop or park within the confines of any part of the park, including without limitation roadways and parking areas, which has been closed.
(c) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the first offense and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each subsequent offense.
