301.03 ALL PURPOSE TRAIL.
   “All Purpose Trail” means any designated hand pavement surfaces designed, constructed, and maintained for pedestrian use, including activities like bicycling and skating, and are not specifically reserved for motor vehicle or equestrian travel.
