(a) Buses, trailers and semitrailers, and other vehicles which are designed to carry passengers may transport persons to and from picnic areas. All loading and unloading shall be accomplished in the parking areas unless a police officer provides otherwise.
(b) Whoever violates this section shall be fined not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the first offense and not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each subsequent offense. (ORC 1545.99)
