Upon the conviction of any person for a violation of any provision of this chapter or in an emergency situation, the Director of Public Health may order the shut down of any operation or the sealing of any equipment until proper repairs, modifications, alterations or remedial procedures have been completed, inspected and approved. No person shall fail to comply with any lawful order of the Director of Health issued pursuant to this section, nor conduct any operation or use any equipment in violation of any such order.
