1505.06 NOTICE OF LANE DESIGNATION; APPEAL.
   Whenever the Chief of the Bureau of Fire Prevention designates a fire lane, or a delivery area within a fire lane, written notice thereof shall be given to the owner, occupant or person in charge of the premises. Such fire lane designation may be appealed by the owner or his agent by filing a written objection to such designation with the Fire Chief of the City. This appeal shall be heard by the Fire Appeals Board specified in Chapter 1501 of these Codified Ordinances. The filing of an appeal by the owner or his agent shall stay the enforcement of the ruling appealed from, except in cases of emergency.
