(a) If the unit price is over one dollar ($1.00), it shall be rounded to the nearest cent.
(b) If the unit price is under one dollar ($1.00), it shall be listed to the:
(1) Tenth of a cent; or
(2) Whole cent.
(c) In providing pricing information a retail establishment shall:
(1) Have the option of using division (b)(1) or (b)(2), but shall not simultaneously implement both methods of pricing; and
(2) Accurately and consistently price all commodities using the same method of rounding up or down to compute the unit price to the whole cent.
