§ 481.02 Police to Enforce Water Traffic Code

The Division of Police shall enforce the provisions of this Water Traffic Code. The Chief of Police shall assign such officers and members of the Division as he or she may determine necessary who shall be charged with the specific duty of enforcing the provisions of this Water Traffic Code.
