§ 416. ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS.
1.   Plan Operated Under Supervision of the Board. The operation of the plan shall be supervised by the governing body of the employer (the "Board"). The Board shall have the power and authority, by a majority of its members, either directly or through a designated representative, to do all acts and to execute, acknowledge and deliver all instruments necessary to implement and effectuate the purpose of this plan.
2.   Acceptance of Gifts, Grants, Etc. The Board is hereby authorized to take by gift, grant, devise or bequest any money or property, real or personal, in trust for the benefit of the plan, and to cause the same to be held in trust. The care, management, investment and disposal of said trust funds is hereby vested in the trustee hereinbefore designated, subject to the provisions of the law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and of this plan and any amendment thereto, and subject to such direction not inconsistent therewith as the donors of such funds and property may prescribe.
