§ 401. ADOPTION OF CLEONA BOROUGH POLICE PENSION PLAN.

CODE OF ORDINANCES of the BOROUGH OF CLEONA

Effective as of January, 1997, the accompanying joinder agreement and the term of the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs Master Plan and Trust are hereby adopted by the employer, to be known as the “Borough of Cleona Police Pension Plan.”
