The Secretary of the Borough of Cleona, acting with the appropriate officers of each of the municipalities as set forth in § 201, above, is directed to file said Articles of Incorporation, together with necessary proofs of publications, with the Secretary of the Commonwealth, and to do all other acts and things necessary or appropriate to effect the incorporation of the Greater Lebanon Refuse Authority, including the payment of any filing fees.
