§ 111.07 VENDORS; PROHIBITED CONDUCT.
   (A)   No vendor shall:
      (1)   Vend within 300 feet of the grounds of any elementary or secondary school from one-half hour prior to the start of the school day to one-half hour after dismissal of the end of the school day;
      (2)   Vend within 300 feet of any village park or recreation area, except with village approval, in connection with an approved event;
      (3)   Vend within 300 feet of any church, while such church is holding a religious service;
      (4)   Vend on any street or sidewalk where vending is otherwise prohibited;
      (5)   Leave any sales stand or area unattended;
      (6)   Store, park or leave any pushcart overnight on any street or sidewalk, or park any mobile food unit other than in a lawful parking place in conformance with village and state parking regulations;
      (7)   Leave any location without first picking up, removing and disposing of all trash or refuse remaining from sales made;
      (8)   Allow any items relating to the operation of the vending business to be placed anywhere other than in, on, or under the pushcart, mobile food unit, or selling stand;
      (9)   Set up, maintain or permit the use of any table, crate, carton, rack, or any other device to increase the selling or display capacity of his pushcart or mobile food unit where such items have not been described in his application;
    (10)   Sell anything other than that which he is licensed to vend; or
    (11)   Sound or permit the sounding of any device which produces noise, or use or operate any loud speaker, public address system, radio, sound amplifier or similar device to attract the attention of the public.
   (B)   Provided, further: it shall be unlawful for any peddler to sell where it impedes, endangers or interferes with the travel upon or use of a street or sidewalk. In the event it becomes necessary for the regulation of traffic or the safety or convenience of pedestrians, any law enforcement officer of the village may direct vendors to remove to another location. No person may refuse to comply with a lawful order of a law enforcement officer when the order is given under the authority of this section.
   (C)   No vendor from a mobile food unit shall:
      (1)   Conduct his business in such a way as would restrict or interfere with the ingress or egress of the abutting property owner or tenant, or create or become a public nuisance, increase traffic congestion or delay, or constitute a hazard to traffic, life or property or an obstruction to adequate access for fire, police or sanitation vehicles;
      (2)   Stop, stand or park his vehicle upon any street, or permit it to remain there except on the roadway at the curb for the purpose of vending therefrom; or
      (3)   Stop, stand or park his vehicle upon any street for the purpose of selling or sell on any street under any circumstance during hours when parking, stopping or standing has been prohibited by statute or ordinance.
