(A) This chapter shall not prohibit the sale of merchandise if the proceeds of such sales are used exclusively for religious, charitable or educational purposes. Persons vending under this section shall register with the Village Clerk prior to engaging in any activity under this chapter.
(B) Farmers who are selling produce raised by them are exempt from this chapter while operating within an area designated as a farmer's market. This chapter does not impair or prohibit sale of any produce grown on the individual's own property.
