§ 111.04 ISSUANCE; TERM OF PERMIT.
   (A)   Not later than 30 days after the filing of a completed application for a vendor's permit, the applicant shall be notified by the Village Clerk of the decision of the issuance or denial of the permit.
   (B)   The Village Clerk shall consider the standards set forth in this chapter in determining whether to grant a permit. If the issuance of the permit is approved, the Village Clerk shall issue the permit. If the permit is denied, the applicant shall be provided with a statement of the reasons therefor, which reasons shall be entered in writing on the application, and the permit fee shall be refunded. A permit issued pursuant to this chapter is valid for a period of one year, from July 1 to June 30.
