Non-stormwater discharges associated with the following activities are allowed and provided that they do not significantly impact water quality:
(A) Water line flushing;
(B) Landscape irrigation;
(C) Diverted stream flows;
(D) Rising ground waters;
(E) Uncontaminated ground water infiltration (as defined at 40 CFR 35.2005(20));
(F) Uncontaminated pumped ground water;
(G) Discharges from potable water sources;
(H) Foundation drains;
(I) Air conditioning condensation;
(J) Irrigation water;
(K) Springs;
(L) Water from crawl space pumps;
(M) Footing drains;
(N) Lawn watering;
(O) Non-commercial car washing;
(P) Flows from riparian habitats and wetlands;
(Q) De-chlorinated swimming pool discharges (free and total chlorine less than 1 ppm);
(R) Firefighting discharge;
(S) Dyes (that are both biodegradable and non-toxic) normally used to identify and trace underground pipe networks, but only if the user has notified the Stormwater Administrator at least 24 hours prior to the time of the test;
(T) Street wash water (note: prior to street washing, excess mud, sediment, debris, and other pollutants shall be removed to prohibit such from entering the drainage system);
(U) Any other non-stormwater discharge permitted under an NPDES permit, waiver, or waste discharge order issued to the user and administered under the authority of the EPA, or DWQ, provided that the user is in full compliance with all requirements of the permit, waiver, or order and other applicable laws and regulations. Discharges specified in writing by the Stormwater Administrator as being necessary to protect public health and safety or discharges that have been filtered through an approved pretreatment system that consistently demonstrate no discharge of pollutants.
