§ 50.33 ABROGATION.

This subchapter is not intended to repeal, abrogate, annul, impair, or interfere with any existing agreements, covenants, rules, regulations or permits previously adopted or issued. However, if any provisions or requirements of this subchapter conflict with any existing regulations or ordinances, the more restrictive provisions shall apply.
