§ 94.29 MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS.

Responsibility for maintenance and repairs to driveway entrances or exits shall rest with the property owner. Upon receipt of a notice to repair damaged pavement, the property owner shall make the necessary repairs within 60 days.
