§ 94.21 SIDE CLEARANCE.

The side clearance, measured parallel to the centerline of the road, from the side property line to the nearest point of the projected edge of a driveway, shall be a minimum of five feet. All portions of the driveway, including the returns, shall be between the side property lines of the property served.
