The Public Works Director may grant variances from the standards of this subchapter. The reasons for waivers granted shall be documented and a copy provided to the petitioner and include the specific standards that are waived and the rationale for each waiver. Each waiver shall be reviewed for conformance requirements each time a new permit is required for construction or reconstruction.
