§ 31.04 CITY EMPLOYEES AND RELATIVES OF COUNCIL MEMBERS INELIGIBLE.
   Employees of the city may not serve as members of city board and commissions, except in the case of boards required by ordinance to be composed of employees, nor may relatives of City Councilmembers serve as members of boards and commissions.
