§ 31.01 APPLICATION OF PROVISIONS.
   The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to all boards or commissions of the city heretofore created and which may be created in the future with the exception of the Equalization Board, the Civil Service Commission and the Cleburne Industrial Development Corporation.
