§ 30.32 VOTERS TO VOTE IN WARD OF RESIDENCE; 30-DAY RESIDENCE IN WARD REQUIRED.
   A person who is duly registered in the manner provided in this chapter may vote in a city election in the ward in which he resides, provided that he has resided in the ward for at least 30 days before such election.
