§ 30.31 NAME OF VOTER MUST APPEAR ON OFFICIAL COUNTY REGISTRATION LIST.
   No person shall be allowed to vote in any city election unless his name appears on the official registration list prepared in the office of the County Tax Assessor and Collector.
