It shall be unlawful for any person to build, construct or place any building or structure designed or intended to be used for business purposes of any kind closer than 50 feet of the centerline of that portion of North Anglin Street running between Wilson Street and Lone Star Avenue, and closer than 30 feet of the centerline of that portion of the following named streets running between North Main Street and North Anglin Street: Wilson Street, Heath Street, McCoy Avenue, Ross Avenue, May Avenue, McArthur Lane and Lone Star Avenue.
